All students over age 18 transition into the Leader of Leaders Program

Leader of Leaders

There is a leader in all of us. Whether you are president of a committee or a silent helper, we all possess strength-based talents that allow us to fulfill our leadership potential, goals, and purpose in life.

Students who have “Leveled Up” and are over the age limit of the leadership program(21) are encouraged to sign up here and continue their journey with the Coffee Foundation. Leaders of Leaders will continue great work within the Foundation by cross-age peer mentoring, continued education, or getting linked up with a career coach to help gain and sustain employment. You will have the opportunity to become a certified mentor, and will also have continued access to internships and scholarships offered through or by the Coffee Foundation.

The Village Program

The Village Program is the City of Savannah Office of Neighborhood and Safety Engagement Youth Violence Reduction and Prevention grant program. The Village program is therapeutic and targets youth growth development, behavior patterns, and mindfulness, and gives alternative resolutions to their adversities. Our target market for this program is at-risk youth ages 12-21 who are challenged by their environments and toxic stress. We believe that by addressing childhood adversities we can prevent further trauma and offset negative behavioral patterns that prevent our youth from becoming model citizens and the future leaders they were born to be.

Classes for this program are held in local community centers (Hudson Hill and Tatemville community centers currently.) Students enrolled are taught from our social-emotional curriculum with an addition of violence and de-escalation training.

We invite parents, educators, and fellow mentors to sign your future leaders up so they can be a part of an awesome program that will show impactful growth and results throughout your child's life because…it takes a Village.

Welcome to the C.O.R.E. Program

Character. Opportunity. Resilience. Experience.

Congratulations on your invitation to join the C.O.R.E. Program! This exclusive, person-centered mentorship is designed to empower teens through a transformative journey focused on character development, seizing opportunities, building resilience, and gaining valuable life experience.

Our intimate program consists of two groups—one for young women and one for young men—ensuring a personalized, supportive environment. Through critical thinking, group exercises, community service, educational field trips, and collaborative leadership activities, you will explore what it means to lead with purpose.

Meetings are held twice a month, offering each participant the opportunity to grow within a trusted circle, guided by mentors committed to your success.

This is more than a program; it's a journey of personal discovery and empowerment.
